Born in Clovis, New Mexico, Maxine Longoria-Nash is an associate with Ellis, Koeneke & Ramirez, L.L.P. Her primary areas of practice are Probate Litigation and Foreclosure-related disputes. Maxine formerly worked with the Hidalgo County District Attorney’s office from January of 1995 until September of 1999, ultimately becoming a Felony Prosecutor with successful prosecutions in a number of sexual assault and murder trials. In September of 1999, Maxine was appointed by the Hidalgo County Board of Judges to sit as the Judge of the Hidalgo County Juvenile Justice Court and served in that capacity until November 30, 2007. She is one of only 62 attorneys in the State of Texas to have earned a Board Certification in the area of Juvenile Law and is the only attorney south of San Antonio to hold this certification.
